I've nEVER DONE COUNTER-TOPS BEFORE, WHERE & HOW DO I START?
We suggest starting on our Free Estimate page, all of the questions we ask are going to be all of the things you need to start and complete your project. You may also want to view "our work" slide-show for ideas.
do you guys do repairs or smaller projects?
Unfortunately we do not do repairs, or small projects. We also do not do "only" vanities,a bar-top or only a "kitchen Island" jobs. We also do not offer hole drilling, or cutting off counter-tops to fit new appliances.
can't you just come over and give me an estimate?
Unfortunately due to traffic and a large amount of request per day, we need all customers to submit their project request through our Free Estimate page.
can i just give you my information over the phone?
Your unique project, when it is submitted on our Free Estimate page, will be forwarded to our fabrication department, so all projects must be submitted through our Free Estimate page.
where is the phone number?
To encourage visitors to our website to read all important information pertaining to their project, we withhold some contact information. Once a project is submitted, all of our contact information is then available.
what is your timeline?
Generally, on the projects we select to bid on, we encourage potential clients to have a 2-3 week window in mind. Sometimes projects can be completed faster, sometimes not, but if your project needs to happen sooner, most likely we will not be able to bid on your project.
can i make an appointment to view stone "before" i submit my project?
Most of our material on our website is ordered once a client has chosen a particular color. A sample of the chosen color is bought to the measurement appointment for the client to view, But if a client wishes to view the complete slab directly at our importers showroom for the color selected before their measurement appointment, we will gladly provide that showroom information and contact person.
can i use my own material or material purchased at another business?
Yes! When you submit your project through our Free Estimate page, you will be given instructions on how.
i don't know how to measure cabinets, so how do i submit my project?
The more info we have the more accurate the bid. If you cannot measure yourself, then the other option is to take cell phone pictures of the space. Those instructions will be provided for you through our Free Estimate page.
can i buy just the material off of your website, without you installing it?
No. We only offer complete service
do you guys have small PIECES, or remnant stone available?
Yes we do, click on our "Remnant Appointment" tab for that information.
I WAS INFORMED YOU CANNOT BID ON MY PROJECT, WHY?
If you received a response, saying we are not able to bid on your project, most likely it is due to our availability limitations. We try very hard, but we cannot bid on all projects we receive daily.
